Terms and Conditions—Disclaimers—Property information.
For Lanzarote Holidays—otherwise known /described as LH in this document.
For the owners of the properties and the managers of the properties.

RENTAL INFORMATION

It is imperative the party leader checks all information is correct on all documents.  Any discrepancies must be advised by immediately by email & telephone.
LH and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any  responsibility  or liability whatsoever for any incorrect dates booked or shown on any documents whatsoever.
It is the sole responsibility of the party leader to ensure all documents are correct on behalf of all persons travelling.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

BACS / TRANSFERS / F FLOW / BIC / SWIFT / CHEQUES
Transfer of all monies are made at your own discretion and all amounts received must be for the exact amount requested on the invoice.  Transfer, bank, currency exchange or any other charges incurred must be shared under EU legislation.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

ONLY ACCEPTED via PAY PAL transactions

 

PAY PAL PAYMENTS

3% surcharge applies to each Pay Pal transaction. Surcharge levied by Pay Pal
An invoice will be issued directly to your email from Pay Pal.
DO NOT send any monies to Pay Pal without receiving an invoice.
You do not have to be an existing Pay Pal member to pay by this method.

DEPOSIT TERMS

A non refundable deposit of 35% to be received within 24hrs of receiving the invoice to secure your booking.
LH reserve the right to continue to market any requested dates until such a time that the deposit or where applicable the full rental cost have been received and cleared.

BALANCE TERMS

Balance payable  8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Last minute bookings whereby arrival date 8 weeks or less full payment will due by return

UNPAID MONIES

In the event the deposit is not received within the allotted time LH has the right to withdraw the rental dates and void the booking without notice.
The party leader will be held responsible and liable.  Administration charges may be incurred.
In the event the balance is not received within the allotted time LH has the right to withdraw the rental dates and void the booking without notice.
All monies received to date WILL NOT be refunded.
The party leader will be held responsible and liable. Administration charges may be incurred.

“NO SHOWS”

In the event of a fully paid “no show” all monies will be retained by LH and the owners of the property.
LH and the owners of the property will not be held liable to refund any monies whatsoever.

REMINDERS

LH are under no obligation to issue reminders for any monies owed, this is the sole responsibility of the party leader.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To be notified immediately by telephone 0800 6127 603 also
formally by emailing  bookings@lanzaroteholidaysonline.com
Cancellation will ONLY apply from the date written notification received by LH.

CANCELLATION %

 

Cancellations received more than 56 days before the arrival date, the non refundable deposit will be retained.
Cancellations received 56 days or less the non refundable deposit will be retained plus the applicable following charges.
Cancellations received 56-43 days before arrival date non refundable deposit will be retained along with 40% of the balance
Cancellations received 42-29 days before arrival date non refundable deposit will be retained along with 60% of the balance
Cancellations received 28 days before arrival date non refundable deposit will be retained along with 100% of the balance
It may be possible to recover costs under the terms of your holiday / personal insurance.

  

BOOKING TERMS

It is a condition of LH and owners of the rental property to receive a fully completed booking form by return.
The holiday accommodation must ONLY be used by the named persons on the booking form.  NO sub-letting or sharing is permitted whatsoever.  The party leader will be held responsible and liable for any deviances.
LH and the managers reserve the right on behalf of the owners to remove any unauthorised persons from the property.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS

It is possible to add persons to the original booking form by agreement with LH and prior to the arrival date .
All relevant information must be provided and all additional cost received and cleared prior to arrival date.

 

BOOKING FEES

LH will endeavour to change booking details where possible however, guests may be subject to a £20.00 fee for each amendment.

 

BOOKING

If the holiday accommodation originally booked ceases to be available for any reason, LH reserve the right to provide alternative holiday accommodation of a similar standard where possible without prior notice.
In the event LH are unable to secure an equivalent alternative holiday accommodation LH will refund the rental monies ONLY paid to date on the strict understanding and agreement to waive  any compensation claims or further action whatsoever.
LH and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for any costs or expenses {this will include all flights, all transport, all parking costs, all accommodation costs, all emails costs, all telephone calls & costs, all legal representation costs, any/all medical conditions which may transpire at any time in connection with this situation, all medical costs, all time incurred by the party leader and or persons of the party} whatsoever.

FLIGHTS

It is imperative the party leader acknowledges the holiday accommodation check in and check out times when considering booking flights.  LH the manager and the owners of the property are not obligated in any way to provide temporary accommodation or storage for early arrivals or late departures and/or to permit early entry on arrival or indeed extended check out on departure.  It will be the sole responsibility of the party leader to organise alternative arrangements during the intermediate time between flight arrival and check in also check out and flight departure. All flight times are the sole responsibility of the party leader when booking with the airline. Refunds or compensation will not be considered, as the flights booked are by choice of the party leader.

 

 


CHECK IN TIME

Will be FROM 16.00hrs
It is not possible to guarantee any earlier check in requests.
The party leader must ensure alternative arrangements have been made whilst the property is being serviced it is not possible for guests to “hang around” the property whilst servicing in progress.

CHECK OUT TIME

Will be BY 10.00hrs
It is not possible to guarantee any extended check out requests.
The party leader must ensure alternative arrangements have been made for the remainder of your time in Lanzarote. It is not permitted for guests to leave luggage at the property on departure day.

LUGGAGE STORE

A local company offers luggage storage for the day, details with booking documents.
This is an independent company who are not associated with LH

PROPERTY CHECK OUT

As a matter of courtesy we ask all guests to leave the property in a good and clean condition on departure.

 

ACCOMMODATION

Minimum 2 persons per bedroom.
Beds prepared will depend on number of guests booked.

SUPPLEMENT

£35.00 will apply to a double bedroom used for a single occupancy.

 

ALTERNATIVE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

It is possible to request alternative sleeping arrangements by email.  All requests received 30 days prior to arrival date will be
considered. Any supplement costs must be received prior to arrival date.

HOUSEKEEPING POLICY  REFERENCE
ALTERNATIVE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

It will not be possible for housekeeping to re arrange sleeping arrangements once you have arrived at the property.

 

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Managers WILL NOT be at the property on arrival or departure.

It is therefore imperative that you travel with the following which will be issued with the final receipt.
> Entry key codes & location
> Alarm codes & location
> Transfer meeting points on arrival and departure
> Transfer pick up time on departure
> Property manager telephone number
Failure to travel with this information will be the sole responsibility of the party leader.  Call out charges will apply.

PROPERTY MANAGERS

Usually visit within 24hours of your arrival however, this may vary due to the volume of arrivals within that 24hr period.

 

CALL OUTS

Between the following office hours only.  Non emergency call outs charges may apply.
Monday > Friday                       10.00am > 16.00hrs   
Saturdays                                    10.00am > 14.00hrs
Sundays & Fiesta days              CLOSED
Emergencies the ONLY exception out of hours.

KEY BOX USAGE

Keys will be placed in this key box for your arrival, code and location will be advised with the final receipt.
All guests must ensure the numbers are scrambled at all times and the code is not left showing at anytime.

PROPERTY KEYS

Minimum > 2 sets provided for the larger properties ONLY
Minimum > 1 set provided for the smaller properties ONLY
Keys can be left in the key box for independent access to the property, see notes above.
All property keys will be the responsibility of all the guests at all times.  Any loss of keys must be reported to the property manager immediately.  LH and the managers reserve the right on behalf of the owners of the property to charge the party leader a minimum fee of £50.00 for immediate settlement.  Replacement keys will then be ordered.
LH or the managers will be unable to guarantee a replacement for the remainder of your holiday.
The party leader will be liable for all costs incurred for a locksmith to gain entry into the property.

ALARM USAGE

Managers sometimes manage to de activate alarms for arrivals however, LH are unable to guarantee as it is dependent on the volume of arrivals.
Code and location will be advised with the final receipt along with a visual of the alarm system.

ALARM FOB

If applicable ONLY 1 supplied. These fobs are very expensive.
The fob will be the responsibility of all the guests at all times.  Any loss of the fob must be reported to the property manager immediately.  LH and the managers reserve the right on behalf of the owners of the property to charge the party leader a minimum fee of £80.00 for immediate settlement.  Replacement fob will then be ordered.
LH or the managers will be unable to guarantee a replacement for the remainder of your holiday.
An alternative to de activate alarm >> If applicable the fob will be attached to the entry keys

SAFE USAGE

Any usage of the safes at the property are used at the guests own risk.

SAFE KEYS

Minimum > 1 set per safe ONLY
All safe keys will be the responsibility of all the guests at all times.  Any loss of keys must be reported to the property manager immediately.  LH and the managers reserve the right on behalf of the owners of the property to charge the party leader a minimum fee of £60.00 for immediate settlement.  Replacement keys will then be ordered.
LH or the managers will be unable to guarantee a replacement for the remainder of your holiday.
The party leader will be liable for all costs incurred for a locksmith to gain entry into the safe to retrieve guests items.

PROPERTY USAGE, APPLIANCES & SECURITY

It is the responsibility of all the guests to use all aspects of the property and equipment & appliances at the users discretion and in a responsible manner at all times.  LH the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsible or liability whatsoever for any injuries sustained whilst using any equipment or appliances.
It is recommended that the property is secured and personal effects safely stored.
In the unfortunate event of unauthorized access into the property or safes LH the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for items belonging to guests which may have been removed or damaged or personal injuries which may have occurred.

 

DAMAGES

All damages, breakages or property content losses must be reported to the property manager immediately.  Guests will be liable for all associated costs for repairs or replacement items.
Any persons causing undue damage to the property will be evicted immediately by the Guardia Civil.

SMOKING

Not permitted inside any area of the property whatsoever.
Exterior ashtrays provided for disposal of cigarettes—cigars—matches etc.
DO NOT dispose of waste into the flower beds > neighbouring properties > swimming pool > Jacuzzi.
The party leader will be liable for all associated costs for removal of waste also repairs and extra chemicals where required.


 



VOLTAGE

Utilising two pin connector plugs operating at 220 volts.
All properties have a limited ampere eg 25

POWER USAGE & MANAGEMENT

Power management is required > If guests overload the property circuit this will most certainly result in a trip switch popping.

It is the responsibility of the party leader to ensure all guests are aware and control the amount of electrical items used / on at one time especially when guests are preparing for the day or evening out.

RESTORING POWER

LH the managers and the owners of the property cannot guarantee a same day response to restore power or appliances or rectify any situation arising.  All checks must be carried out by an authorized professional body for within the property boundary—outside this boundary it is the responsibility of the utility company.
LH the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of restoring power to the property.

AIR CON MANAGEMENT

All windows and doors MUST be CLOSED when in use.  If open the units will be trying to cool down the outside temperature which will result in the aircon units overworking and the reservoir overflowing generally resulting in the room not reaching the desired cool temperatures.
The units are extremely powerful and ONLY need to be put on a short while before using a room.
You must not leave the units on for “hours” or indeed leave on if you leave the property.

Remember to use the correct setting eg 19—20 for optimum performance with the snowflake icon.
By observing these simple guidelines the units work well.
LH the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure  of guests who do not follow these guidelines.

WATER USAGE & MANAGEMENT & REFILLING LIMITS

Water is a VERY PRECIOUS and costly commodity.
Storage water tanks are topped up by 2 means > via the utility company who automatically  TWICE a week excluding weekends and Fiesta days, and via water tankard on a MONTHLY BASIS. {not weekends or Fiesta days}
It  is the responsibility of the party leader to ensure all guests are aware and control the amount of water usage.
Therefore all guests must use in a careful and considerate manner.

WATER HEATER MANAGEMENT

Smaller properties have a minimum of 1 storage water heater.
Some larger properties have as many as 3 storage water heaters.
All water tanks are electric and will vary in capacity and performance.
Inconsiderate users can empty a whole tanks of hot water in one shower resulting in NO HOT WATER for the next user > it will take up to 40 minutes for the water tank to reheat.
No hot water will be the failure of the party leader and the guests inconsiderate usage of water.
LH the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure  of guests who do not follow these guidelines.

PLUMBING & SANITARY

It is imperative that all guests have read or been advised by the party leader of the plumbing & sanitary.
Additional information can be found at the property.
It is the sole responsibility of the party leader to advise all guests NOT to dispose of the following into the toilet pan or sinks.
> NAPPIES > INCONTINENT ITEMS > SANITARY ITEMS
> BABY WIPES > FACE CLEANSING WIPES
> EXCESSIVE BATHROOM TISSUE
> GREASY/OILY PRODUCTS
LH the managers and the property owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for any blockages.
The party leader will be liable for all associated costs incurred to rectify the situation.
LH the managers and the owners of the property cannot guarantee a rapid response by a professional body to rectify/clear and situations arising by guests failing to adhere to the above points.  Services will not be available over a weekend or Fiesta days.

HOUSEKEEPING

Servicing the inside of the property is carried out on a 7 day rota.
Housekeeping visit the property where applicable between the hours 10.00am > 18.00hrs >> MONDAY > SUNDAY
Any decision to “turn away” housekeeping will be the responsibility of all the guests and as such will accept full responsibility for this service NOT being carried out during your holiday.
Guests are not permitted to request laundry to prepare rooms themselves.
Housekeeping will not reschedule and return to the property.
Housekeeping have keys for access.

BATHROOM TOWELS

1 x bath >> 1 x hand >> 1 x face cloth >>> provided per person
Laundered on departure >> unless duration 10 days or more

SWIMMING POOL TOWELS

1 >>> provided per person > if applicable not all properties provide pool towels it is imperative you check on booking.
Laundered on departure >> irrespective of duration

BEDROOM LINEN

BATH ROBES

1  >>> provide per adult ONLY if applicable not all properties provide bathrobes it is imperative you check on booking.

Not all properties provide cot linen it is imperative to check on booking

PASSPORTS

LH recommend that all passports are photocopied and stored in cabin luggage, this will assist embassy in the event of loss.

WIFI TERMS

It is a legal requirement that the party leader or another member of the party  over the age of 21 years provides his/her genuinely legal passport and expiry date.  LH will not supply any WiFi connection at the property whereby the party leader or another refuses to provide this information.

It is not permitted to remove WiFi units from the rental property to alternative location.
It is not permitted to override the set password/pin code.
Any guest who conducts illegal activities via the WiFi will be notified to the relevant authorities.
If WiFi units are damaged LH and the managers reserve the right on behalf of the owners of the property to charge the party leader a minimum fee of £100.00 for immediate settlement. Replacement units not guaranteed for the remainder of the holiday
Units will be limited NOT SUITABLE for office/recreational downloads. If  interrupted access occurs this will be the sole responsibility of the provider to resolve the situation.  LH the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for loss of access whatsoever.

WIFI CHARGES

Not all properties provide inclusive wifi usage it is imperative to check on booking.

Provided in the information book at the property.


 



MEDIA

All properties have a television.  The channel provider will vary for each property however, most have IPTV rather than SKY
In the unfortunate event of interrupted access/viewing. This will be the sole responsibility of the provider to resolve the situation.
LH and the managers and the owners of the properties will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever. 

BICYCLES

Maximum provided > 2  > Not all properties will provide bicycles.  It is imperative you check on booking.
Helmets are NOT provided. 

Due to the considerable heat the tyres will go flat very quickly.
Unfortunately some guests will loose or damage pumps > bike locks and keys
If this occurs please advise your manager who will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Bicycles must be secured at all times, guests will be liable for theft and /or damage.
All guests use the bicycles at their own risk.
All bicycles must be used and stored in a responsible manner at all times.
LH and the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injuries sustained whatsoever whilst using the bicycles.

HIRED ITEMS

LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any hire items at the property.  All guests hire at their own risk.

HIRE DEPOSITS

It is the sole responsibility of the guests to retrieve any deposits paid directly for hire items.
LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not  enter into any dialogue with the hire company
whatsoever.
LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for loss of deposits paid to any hire company.

LOCAL TAXIS

A central telephone number will be noted in the information book at the property.
It is the sole responsibility of the guests to book taxis.
This is a public service therefore LH and the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever eg booking taxis > taxis not arriving  > travelling by taxis > charges incurred > items left in taxis.
All guest use at their own risk.

BARBEQUE

All properties have BBQ’s > Styles and types will vary from property to property.
All BBQ’s must be used in a responsible manner at all times.
LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any accidents > injuries > damaged sustained whilst using the BBQ.

ARRIVAL PACK

Provided free of charge > it is not possible to supplement any items

HAIRDRYERS

Maximum 2 at the smaller properties
Maximum 3 at the larger properties
Style and types will vary from property to property

IRON & IRONING BOARD

Provided.

COT

Not all properties provide a cot > it is imperative you check on booking.

HIGHCHAIR

Not all properties provide a highchair > it is imperative you check on booking.

COT HIRE

On request  >  chargeable item as shown on invoice > subject to availability.

COT MATTRESS HIRE

On request  >  chargeable item  > subject to availability.

HIGHCHAIR HIRE

On request  >  chargeable item as shown on invoice > subject to availability.

COMMUNITY RULES

All residential / complex areas have governing rules for all aspects of the designated residential complex  and public areas.

NOISE LEVELS

Rules apply especially relating to noise levels DAY and NIGHT.  Please be respectful as not all properties will be holiday rentals many
will be residential of which the occupants reserve the right to call assistance.  The President also reserves the right to terminate your stay at the property due to misconduct with the backing of the Guardia Civil.
To avoid disturbance to the locals we respectfully request you adhere to the following >
> All noise levels including high jinx and music should be dramatically reduced by midnight.
> Refrain from using Swimming pools > Jacuzzis > pool tables > after midnight.
LH and the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility of liability whatsoever for any situations arising.

SWIMMING POOL

Not all properties provide a private swimming pool or access to a communal pool.  It is imperative you check on booking.

 

Guests use swimming pools at their own risk and therefore must use in a responsible manner at all times.
> All private pools are UN SUPERVISED
> Usage of un supervised pools will be the sole responsibility of the user
> Pool depths will vary from property to property > public and complex pools,  it is therefore imperative that all guests have read or been advised by the party leader of the pool depths and rules before swimming.

Swimming pool RULES must be adhered to >
> All children and Non swimmers must be accompanied at all times
> it is the responsibility of guests to accompany and supervise at all times
> DO NOT leave children & non swimmers unaccompanied around the pool area at any time
> DO NOT leave children & non swimmers unaccompanied in the pool at any time
> Diving is NOT PERMITTED
> DO NOT stand close to the pool edge
> DO NOT run around the pool area
> DO NOT use glasses > glass bottles > china in or around the pool area
> DO NOT consume food or drink whilst in the pool
> DO NOT enter the pool whilst under the influence of alcohol or substances
> DO NOT enter the pool immediately after consuming food

LH the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for accidents > injuries sustained whilst using any swimming pools whatsoever.


 



POOL HEATING

Private pools are heated from 1st November > 1st May ONLY
The private pools when heated will fluctuate between 26 & 28 maximum degrees.  Variables will apply due to the size of the pool, ambient temperature, pool covers being replaced by guests every evening.

POOL HEATING

 

 

Minimum of a 10 days notice period prior to arrival date when requesting the addition of the pool heating.
It will take a minimum of 3 days to reach temperature after the unit has been “switched on”.
A minimum weekly fee will be applicable and will vary depending on the property. Payment to be received prior to arrival.

POOL HEATING without notice

Party leader and guests must fully accept and agree to the following conditions when requesting the pool heating at this late stage.
> The water WILL NOT reach temperature for at least 3 days
> Party leader and guests accept and agree that the pool temperature may not be reached as quickly enough by your expectations
> Party leader and guests accept and agree that the pool temperature may not be warm enough by your expectations.
> The full weekly fee will be chargeable > discounts will not be considered for any reason.
> Payment will be immediate

POOL TEMPERATURE COVER & ROLLER

> Must be replaced every evening to maintain temperature. 
> LH the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for fluctuating pool
temperatures.
> It is the responsibility of the party leader and guests to replace the pool cover as instructed.
> Pool cover instructions can be found in the information book at the property.
> DO NOT walk > sit > stand > lay onto the pool cover at any time.  The pool cover is not designed for any weight whatsoever.
> DO NOT walk > sit > stand > lay onto the pool roller at any time.  The pool roller is not designed for any weight whatsoever.
> Children are not permitted to touch the pool cover or roller.
> All damage, breakages, to the Jacuzzi > pool equipment > pool cover must be reported to the manager immediately. 
> Guests will be liable for all associated costs for repairs > replacements etc.
> Guests must use all equipment in a responsible manner at all times.

> LH and  the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any accidents > injuries sustained whilst using the pool cover or roller.  

JACUZZI

Not all properties provide a private Jacuzzi or access to a communal Jacuzzi. It is imperative you check on booking.

 

Guests use the Jacuzzi at their own risk and therefore must use in a responsible manner at all times.
> All private Jacuzzis are UN SUPERVISED
> Usage of  un supervised Jacuzzi will be the sole responsibility of the user
> It is imperative that all guests have read or been advised by the party leader of the rules before using the Jacuzzi

Jacuzzi RULES must be adhered to >
> Children under the age of 12 years are NOT PERMITTED to use the Jacuzzi
> All children & non swimmers must be unaccompanied at all any times
> It is the responsibility of guests to accompany and supervise at all times
> DO NOT leave children & non swimmers unaccompanied around the Jacuzzi area
> DO NOT leave children & non swimmers unaccompanied in the Jacuzzi {permitted age only using the Jacuzzi}
> No more than 4 regular persons permitted to use the Jacuzzi at one time
> DO NOT use with ANY HEART CONDITIONS
> DO NOT use with HIGH or LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
> DO NOT use with ANY MEDICAL CONDITION
> DO NOT use with ANY MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS
> DO NOT use glasses, glass bottles, china in or around the Jacuzzi area
> DO NOT consume food or drink whilst in the Jacuzzi
> DO NOT enter the Jacuzzi with long hair unless it is securely bound
> DO NOT enter the Jacuzzi with loose items of clothing—the jets and filters have a strong suction
> DO NOT place your head below the water surface—the jets and filters have a strong suction
> DO NOT enter the Jacuzzi whilst under the influence of alcohol or substances
> DO NOT enter the Jacuzzi immediately after consuming food
> DO NOT use with any lotions or oils on your body
> DO NOT remove chlorine tablet
> DO NOT override temperature setting
> DO NOT jump in and out of the Jacuzzi—the Jacuzzi is for quietly sitting in ONLY

> LH and the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any accidents > injuries sustained whilst using any Jacuzzi.

JACUZZI TEMPERATURE & COVER

> Must be replaced after EVERY use to maintain temperature.
> LH and  the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for fluctuating Jacuzzi
temperatures.
> It is the responsibility of the party leader and guests to replace the Jacuzzi cover as instructed.
> Jacuzzi instructions can be found in the information book at the property.
> DO NOT walk > sit > stand > lay onto the Jacuzzi cover at any time.  The Jacuzzi cover is not designed for any weight whatsoever.
> Children are not permitted to touch the Jacuzzi cover.
> All damage, breakages, to the Jacuzzi > Jacuzzi equipment > Jacuzzi cover must be reported to the manager immediately. 
> Guests will be liable for all associated costs for repairs > replacements etc.
> Guests must use all equipment in a responsible manner at all times.

> LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any accidents > injuries sustained whilst using the Jacuzzi or Jacuzzi cover. 

CONTAMINATION

> Guests MUST report immediately to the manager any contamination of the swimming pool or Jacuzzi water.
> Guests must NOT USE the contaminated facility.
> The facility will be withdrawn from use by the manager to rectify the situation.
> It is possible the facility will be withdrawn for the remainder of your holiday.
> Guests will be liable for all associated costs for repairs > draining of the water > refilling of the water > chemicals etc.

> LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoeverfor any medical conditions sustained whilst using a possible contaminated swimming pool or Jacuzzi.

SERVICING SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI

Swimming pool & Jacuzzi service carried out on a 7 day rota
Between the hours 8.30am > 18.00hrs       Monday > Sunday
Salt > Chlorine > PH levels checked & adjusted if applicable during the 7 day rota.
The jet swim pools are not serviced in the conventional method of suction hoover.  These pools are programmed to self clean.
Any decision to “turn away” technicians by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests, and as such will accept full responsibility for the service not being carried out during the holiday.
Technicians have keys for access where necessary.  Access to the pools where possible will not be through the inside of the properties. 

COMPLEX

LH and the managers or the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the following >
> Any function or withdraw of any complex facility
> Any unstable structure
> Any withdraw of leisure activities
> Any swimming pools which are un supervised
> Any temperature of any of the swimming pools
> Any contamination of the swimming pools

> All guests use complex facilities > public areas and beaches at their own risk.
> LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any accidents or injuries sustained during your holiday.


 



AIRPORT TRANSFERS

With Guaguas Guatiza SL  cif B.35.399.567
Are an independent company who are not associated with Lanzarote Holidays.
This company is licensed, registered & authorized to transport guests to pre arranged private and public locations.
This company offers a direct private service for the number & names of persons advised by the party leader on the booking form only. 

AIRPORT TRANSFER ARRIVAL MEETING POINT

Guests are met in the arrivals hall as you emerge from baggage collections, the representative will have a clipboard in the name of the party leader
You may be required to confirm the rental property name / address.

GUEST DELAYS TO TRANSFER ARRIVAL MEETING POINT

It is imperative guests DO NOT wait with any members of the party who have arranged independent  transport { eg. Hire cars } .

It is imperative in the unfortunate circumstances whereby guests are required to register missing luggage that the remaining guest continue to the meeting point and explain the situation to the transfer representative.

A long delay or failure to appear within a suitable time may result in guests missing the airport transfer. Arrangements for alternative transport and costs will be the sole responsibility of the Party leader.

LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever.

AIRPORT TRANSFER TERMS

It is a condition of the transfer company to receive the following flight information
> Flight arrival code
> Flight arrival time
> Departing airport
> Return flight time

All airport transfers remain as RESERVED ONLY until such a time full payment has been received and only then will an airport transfer be CONFIRMED.

All transfer bookings are subject to availability.

It is not permitted to request ANY stops whatsoever, especially for shopping or take away food. This service is run on a strict timetable as possible any stops will compromise the driver and cause delays for other passengers waiting collection.
Emergencies the ONLY exception for stops.

AIRPORT TRANSFER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations to be notified immediately by emailing bookings@lanzaroteholidaysonline.com
Cancellations will ONLY apply on the date of receipt of the written notification.
Cancellations received up to 28 days prior to arrival date will be refunded monies paid to date.
Cancellations received 27 days and less will NOT be refunded.

AIRPORT QUOTES & PAYMENTS

All quotes for airport transfers are based on the specified numbers of persons travelling in one block group.
All amendments such as multiple transfers > amended dates > amended numbers of persons travelling will deem all previous quotes null and void.  The airport transfer quote will be valid for a limited period of 3 months ONLY.

LH reserve the right to increase the airport quote at any time for those booking 6 month plus in advance, to keep in line with any transfer company increases.

LH will request all return pick ups to be a minimum allowance of 3 hours, to cover most eventualities. 
LH the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any person who overrides the allotted pick up times.

Monies to be received in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Last minute transfer bookings will be considered—subject to availability

 

AIRPORT TRANSFER DROP OFF POINTS

Guests are usually dropped as close to the properties as possible, usually at the driveway of the property.  With the exception of guests staying at Playa Flamingo {as noted below}

It is not always possible for the transfer company to drop off or pick up guests at the property entrance as some properties are based on complexes or public walkways {eg promenade} On these occasions drops will be made at pre arranged points within walking distance to the property. 

AIRPORT TRANSFER DROP OFF POINTS
PLAYA FLAMINGO ONLY

This property is situated on the sea front promenade and therefore guests are dropped at the frontage of the Iberostar hotel /supermarket.
It is approximately  8—10 minute walk depending on mobility over uneven ground to the promenade and the property.

BABY / CHILD CAR SEATS

Guaguas Guatiza will provide car seats free of charge—subject to availability.
Guaguas Guatiza are not governed by EU laws and therefore may not provide the suitable size seat for the age of baby/child travelling.
This is a private independent company and Lanzarote Holidays will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever.

AIRPORT BOOKING TERMS VIA LH

LH and  the managers or the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the following regarding the transfer company. 

> The type/condition of vehicle provided by the transfer company
> whereby the transfer company are late or fail to turn up.
> whereby the transfer company applies a waiting charge if guests are late/delayed
> whereby the transfer company have a vehicle breakdown
> whereby the transfer company have an accident
> whereby injuries are sustained by guests due to an accident/incident with the transfer company vehicle
> whereby the transfer company damage luggage/pushchairs/wheelchairs or any other equipment
> whereby the transfer company fail to provide child seats or bumper seats
> whereby the transfer company provide defective/dirty child seats or bumper seats
> whereby the transfer company fail to provide the appropriate size/style child seats or bumper seats
> The type/condition of vehicle provided by the transfer company

All guests/persons travel at their own risk.
All guests/persons book this service at their own risk.

 

 

 


LH and  the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for the following whatsoever

> All loss/damage or expenses arising from matters outside their control including acts of God extreme weather conditions, war, threats of war, riots, terrorist activities, civil disturbances, strikes, all other industrial action, acts of government or public authorities, including changes of policy and regulations regarding  visas/passport/medical treatments, failure of public supplies and services including utilities to the properties, all delays, cancellations or amendments of any description, tour operators, airlines, or any other receivership or any discrepancies whatsoever.
> Any personal injury or death or any other event outside their control which may have occurred during your holiday.
> All medical costs and expenses > repatriation costs > any associated costs and expenses
> All personal property/articles

It may be possible to recover costs under the terms of your insurance policy.

All guests are responsible for their own wellbeing/personal property /safety at all times.

INSURANCE

It is imperative all guests travel with comprehensive travel / personal insurance

LH recommend travel documents including insurance policies are stored in your cabin luggage.

DOCUMENTS

LH and the managers and the owners of the property will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for guests failure to check before travelling any documents that maybe required by the authorities. eg  Visas > driving licence > passports > E111 > Insurance policy

 

It is imperative all guests obey notices/warnings at the rental property, complex & public areas at all times.

 

LH have described as fully as possible the holiday accommodation for holiday rental however, due to the individuality of the properties it is impossible to cover every detail in a description.  Every precaution is taken to ensure that the property is to the standard described however, the villas/apartments are privately owned therefore furnishings and equipment will be replaced and updated from time to time after publication, without notification.  On occasions facilities are withdrawn by property owners and managers and complex managers particularly in the low season for maintenance such as painting > building works > swimming pool repairs.  These situations are regrettable and beyond LH control.

LH and the managers and the owners will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any disturbances and inconvenience caused.

Refunds will not be considered.

 

Lanzarote Holidays act on behalf of the owners of the properties as an agent to arrange private holiday accommodation and therefore will not and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for the properties or the guests whatsoever.

AGREEMENT

On receipt of any monies the party leader who represents all persons travelling/staying at the holiday rental property thereby confirms that he/she fully understands and accepts and fully agree with the Terms & Conditions & disclaimers for Lanzarote Holidays, the managers and the owners of the properties and warrants that he/she is authorised to accept and fully agree with the Terms & conditions & disclaimers on behalf of all persons travelling/staying at the holiday rental property.
